These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Site and all transactions conducted through it. By accessing or purchasing from our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.Country of Domicile & Governing Law

- United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.
- Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
- All disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

2. Eligibility

- Customers must be at least 18 years of age to register or transact on the website.
- Minors under 18 shall not register as users or transact on the website.

3. Registration & User Responsibility

- Customers may checkout as guests or create an account.
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete personal/payment information.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts.

4. Payment Methods & Security

- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express debit/credit cards in AED.
- We also support Apple Pay and installment plans through Tabby.
- All transactions are processed via secure gateways in compliance with PCI DSS international standards.
- The displayed price and currency at checkout will be the same as printed on the transaction receipt.
- We will not trade with or provide services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
- Once payment is made, a confirmation will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours.

5. Pricing

- All prices are listed in AED.
- Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes only; colors and sizes may vary slightly (±2%).

6. Delivery Policy

- Delivery will be made directly to the customer’s home address.
- Orders may be delivered either by trusted third-party courier companies or directly by LDER’s delivery team.
- Delivery within UAE cities is free of charge and will be completed within 2 to 5 working days.
- International shipping fees start from AED 150, depending on the destination.
- Customs duties and import taxes vary by country and are fully borne by the customer.
- Customers must ensure accessibility for large furniture (doorways, elevators, building restrictions). LDER will not be liable if delivery cannot be completed due to such restrictions.
- Proof of delivery (signed and confirmed by the customer) will be retained.
- Multiple orders/shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

7. Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

Refunds
- Refunds will only be processed through the original mode of payment.
- Refunds are typically processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank.

Returns
- You may return products within 7 days of receipt if:
- The product is unused and in its original packaging, OR
- If delivered defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- If the return is due to a change of mind (not a defect):
- We will gladly accept the return, subject to a 10% administrative/restocking fee.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) will also be deducted.
- If the return is due to our error or a product defect, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the product value (100% of the purchase price) without any deductions, OR a free replacement.

Exchanges
- Products may be exchanged within 7 days if unused and in original packaging, subject to availability.
- The customer is responsible for paying the new delivery fee for the exchanged item.

8. Cancellation Policy

- Customers may cancel orders within 24 hours of placing them.
- Refunds will be made back to the original payment method and may take up to 45 days.

9. Warranty Policy

- All products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
- The warranty does not cover misuse, mishandling, scratches, or breakage after delivery.

10. Intellectual Property

- All intellectual property rights, including logos, designs, and content on https://lder.ae/, remain the property of LDER FURNITURE TRADING L.L.C.
- Reproduction or redistribution without prior written consent is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

- We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the disputed product.

12. Privacy Policy & Data Retention

- We do not store, sell, rent, or share customer card details or personal information with third parties.
- We will not pass debit/credit card details to third parties.
- We apply measures to ensure privacy and security but cannot guarantee complete protection online.
- Customer data will be retained as long as the account is active, or as required by law.
- We are not responsible for third-party sites linked to ours.
- Policies may be updated, and changes take effect upon posting.

- As a result, customers may see multiple postings/charges on their card statement corresponding to each shipment.

16. Promotions  Discounts

- Any promotions, discounts, vouchers, or gifts offered on the website are subject to availability and conditions.
- LDER reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice.
- Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

17. Force Majeure

- LDER shall not be responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, wars, pandemics, or telecom failures.

18. Governing Language

- These Terms & Conditions are published in both English and Arabic.
- In case of conflict, the English version shall prevail as the legally binding text.
