LDER FURNITURE TRADING L.L.C maintains the website https://lder.ae/ (“Site”).

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Site and all transactions conducted through it. By accessing or purchasing from our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

LDER FURNITURE TRADING L.L.C is registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

These Terms and all purchases made through our website are governed by applicable UAE federal laws and relevant laws of the Emirate of Dubai.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE, to the extent permitted by law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

2. Eligibility

Customers must be at least 18 years old to place an order or create an account on our website.

Purchases for minors must be made by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Registration & User Responsibility

Customers may place orders as guests or create an account on our website.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing orders and for keeping their account login details secure.

4. Payment Methods & Security

All prices and payments are in AED.

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tabby installments, and Cash on Delivery are also available where offered at checkout.

Online payments are securely processed through trusted payment gateways. LDER does not store full payment card details.

The final amount and currency are displayed at checkout and on the transaction receipt. Payment confirmation is sent by email within 24 hours of successful payment.

Transactions are subject to applicable laws, sanctions, and payment provider requirements.

5. Pricing & Product Information

All prices are displayed in AED. Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

The final price and any applicable charges are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

Product images are intended to accurately represent our products. Slight color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.

Product dimensions and specifications are provided on each product page. Products will conform to their advertised descriptions and applicable UAE consumer protection laws.

6. Delivery Policy

LDER offers free standard delivery to your home or apartment door within our UAE service areas. In-stock orders are usually delivered within 2–5 working days of order confirmation.

Delivery is arranged by LDER or trusted delivery partners. Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable access for large or oversized products. Unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delivery delays.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange of eligible ready-made products within 14 days of delivery, subject to our return and exchange conditions.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, LDER will arrange free collection and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

8. Cancellation Policy

Ready-made orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once dispatched, customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Returns Policy.

Custom-made orders may be cancelled free of charge before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations due to a change of mind are not accepted.

9. Warranty Policy

All LDER products include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the delivery date, including electrical components where applicable.

The warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, incorrect cleaning, or unauthorized modifications.

Confirmed manufacturing defects will be addressed through repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable UAE consumer protection laws.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, product images, designs, and website content are owned by LDER FURNITURE TRADING L.L.C or used with permission.

Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited, except as permitted by applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

LDER is responsible for its products and services in accordance with applicable UAE law.

To the extent permitted by law, LDER's liability for ordinary contractual claims shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected product.

LDER is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper installation independently arranged by the customer.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or compensation protected under UAE law.

12. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

LDER respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

Customer information is collected and processed for order management, secure payments, deliveries, customer support, and other lawful business purposes. Relevant information may be shared with trusted service providers in accordance with applicable UAE data protection laws.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which processes customer information to operate our store and provide enhanced shopping services, including personalization based on interactions across the Shopify platform.

Other merchants do not have access to LDER's customer data. Information may also be processed by service providers outside the UAE.

LDER reserves the right to modify or end promotions without prior notice. Changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.

15. Force Majeure

Events beyond LDER's reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, or major transportation disruptions, may affect order fulfillment or delivery times.

LDER will keep affected customers informed and make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable solution in accordance with applicable UAE law.
