At LDER Furniture Trading L.L.C, we are committed to delivering our products quickly, safely, and with full transparency. As specialists in mirrors and home décor, we understand the importance of careful packaging and reliable delivery.
For domestic delivery within the UAE, orders are usually delivered within 2–5 working days across UAE cities, and delivery is free of charge. Orders may be delivered either by LDER’s own delivery team or by trusted third-party couriers. Please note that delivery is limited to doorstep delivery only and does not include placement or installation inside the home. Installation or fixation services (when available) may be provided for an additional fee upon request.
For international shipping, we provide delivery starting from AED 150, depending on the destination. Customs duties and import taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. If direct international shipping is unavailable, our customer care team can provide weight and dimension details to help the customer coordinate with an external courier.
Expedited delivery is available for ready-made products only, with fees ranging from AED 100 to AED 250 depending on weight and location. Orders must be placed before 1 PM for the processing time to start on the same day.
For large and oversized products such as mirrors, customers must ensure that elevators, doorways, and building access points can accommodate the product size. LDER will not be responsible if delivery cannot be completed due to restricted access.
Customers will receive a tracking number or link once the order has been shipped, allowing them to monitor their delivery status. If the customer is unavailable at the agreed delivery time and location, redelivery may incur an additional fee, or the order may be returned to our warehouse.
LDER strives to meet all estimated delivery times; however, unforeseen events such as weather conditions, customs delays, or courier issues may cause delays beyond our control. LDER will not be held liable for losses resulting from such delays.
Our mirrors and fragile items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Once the delivery is received and signed by the customer, responsibility for handling and safety passes to the customer. A signed proof of delivery will be retained for every order. Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately, and charges may appear as multiple postings on the customer’s card statement.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel orders within 24 hours of placing them. Refunds will be made back to the original payment method and may take up to 45 days.
Returns Policy
Products may be returned within 7 days of receipt if they are unused and in their original packaging, or if they were delivered defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If the return is due to a change of mind (not a defect), we will gladly accept the return, subject to a 10% administrative or restocking fee. Shipping fees (if applicable) will also be deducted.
If the return is due to our error or a product defect, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the product value (100%) without any deductions, or a free replacement.
Exchanges Policy
Products may be exchanged within 7 days if they are unused and in their original packaging, subject to availability. The customer is responsible for paying the new delivery fee for the exchanged item.
Warranty Policy
All products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover misuse, mishandling, scratches, or breakage after delivery.
